Terminology for the discriminating connoisseur:
| Americano: | Espresso diluted with purified hot water. A more flavorful, lower caffeine substitute for drip coffee. |
| Breve Mocha: | Espresso and chocolate blended with half & half. |
| Caffe' Breve: | Rich, smooth steamed half & half blended with espresso. |
| Caffe' Latte': | Espresso blended with steamed milk. |
| Caffe' Mocha: | Espresso and chocolate blended with steamed milk. |
| Caffe' Ole': | Gourmet drip with steamed milk. |
| Cappuccino: | Single or double shot of espresso topped with rich frothed milk. |
| Espresso: | A one-ounce espresso is produced using seven (7) freshly drawn grams of finely ground Italian Espresso blend, forced under steam pressure which extracts the essence of the Arabic coffee bean. A one-ounce espresso has only half the caffeine of an 8 oz. cup of drip coffee. |
| Gourmet Cocoa: | Ghirardelli European Style hot chocolate. |
| Gourmet Drip: | A delightful blend of brewed coffee. |
| Granita: | Chocolate espresso or fruit-flavored ice smoothie. |
| Italian Soda: | A choice of delicious Monin flavored syrup, ice, soda water and optionally topped with whipped cream. |
| Italian Cream Soda: | Same as above drizzled with half & half. |
| Steamer: | Chocolate or your favorite flavor with steamed milk. |
